Hi , I’m Bri Aguilar!!
A little about me - I’m a NASM certified personal trainer + pre/post-natal fitness certified coach. I’m also a mom to the sweetest little guy.
After tearing my ACL in 2016 and having 2 knee surgeries, I had to re-learn to walk properly and regain strength in a less impactful way than running. This led me to learn more about importance of proper training mechanics and was actually a blessing in disguise!
In May 2019, I got my Personal Trainer certification through NASM and have gained a lot of knowledge in these past couple years!
I started my post partum journey in 2020. This journey has really opened my eyes even more to the importance of taking care of our bodies — not only from the outside but from the inside as well.
I’ve learned self love in many different forms and it all started when I began my journey 7 years ago.
I believe weight training is for everyone. With my program, I will guide you through getting started with lifting and teach you the importance of progressively overloading in your training for maximal muscle growth - no matter where you are at in your journey!
My roster ranges from general lifestyle clients, both men & women, to pregnant + post partum moms!
