  • In-Person Training Includes:

    • 1:1 Sessions: Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

    • Online Workouts: Complementary online workouts for the days we don't meet in person.

    • Scheduling: Sessions are typically scheduled for the same day each week, but flexible arrangements can be made if needed.

    • Personalized Nutrition Plan: Customized to support your fitness goals.

    • Weekly Check-Ins: Regular progress checks via my training app.

I offer my in-person training services exclusively at Warhouse Gym. To receive these training sessions, please note that you must become a member of the gym. Warhouse Gym is a 24/7 private facility.

Warhouse Gym is also a kid-friendly environment. I often watch my clients' babies during our sessions, allowing you to focus fully on your training!! No excuses here mamis!! The gym is never packed or crowded, ensuring that you always have access to the equipment you need without waiting.

Membership at Warhouse Gym is $100, providing you access to a premium fitness environment and the personalized attention of my in-person training services.

Important Things to Note:

  • Session Completion: All sessions must be completed within 30 days of the first session.

  • Payment: Payment in full is required before starting any sessions.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If not provided, the session will count as one session.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be done within the same week to stay within the 30-day time frame.

  • Program Pricing: The price is subject to change if you choose to follow a prenatal or postnatal program.

  • Results are dependent on the rate at which your body responds! Every single person’s body is different as we all deal with different internal factors, lifestyle factors, daily routine, stress, previous experience with training, etc. But with consistency & effort on a daily basis, you can expect your body to begin changing! As we work together to meet your goal(s), you and I will be gaining a better understanding of what your body responds to!

  • Yes, the program is created based off of your currently lifestyle, goal(s), and other factors that I take into consideration which will be provided within the program questionnaire sent over to you upon signing up!

  • Yes, absolutely! We can discuss the program further to see if this is the right fit for you!

  • Yes! I understand that having access to a gym is something that not many have the opportunity to do. I do provide personalized home workouts for you based off of the equipment you have!

    If you start with home workouts and gain access to a gym, you will be given a personalized gym training program.

  • Yes! I offer an option where you are able to have just nutritional coaching!

  • Yes! If you are local to the San Antonio, Texas area, I do offer 1:1 In Person Training.

  • I work with beginners! I do require constant videos to be sent throughout the initial start of the program so I can see how you are training & provide you with feedback (if/as needed). I understand that we all start somewhere!

  • Yes. I do work with individuals who choose to be vegan! Macros will be given to you to follow and suggestions/recommends on how to fit your foods within your plan will be provided!

  • Yes, I do! I am Prenatal Certified! You could apply to my Prenatal Coaching Program here!

  • Yes, I do! I am Postnatal Certified! You could apply to my Postnatal Coaching Program here!

  • Weekly! They are important as I am able to access your week & make sure that everything is going smoothly! It allows me to make adjustments as needed & hold you accountable within your program!
