In-person personal training offers a real-time and hands-on approach to help you with your fitness journey. I am here to ensure that your form is correct, and guide you to work at the optimal intensity for maximum results. Throughout the training session, adjustments are made as needed to optimize your performance. One of the key benefits of in-person training is the added accountability and structure it provides to your routine. Each one-hour training session is dedicated to educating you on exercises, movement patterns, and training intensity. I understand the importance of flexibility, therefore training sessions are booked based on both your and my availability for the week. Session days and times are allocated on a first come, first serve basis to accommodate everyone's needs. If more time is required, I a am open to discussing it. Online training

Online personal training is a fantastic option for the motivated exerciser who prefers to work out independently but desires a professionally crafted workout plan. With my specialized programs, achieving your fitness goals has never been easier. Through online communication, we will have weekly check-ins to ensure that your program is continuously adjusted to ensure progress and address any queries or concerns you may have. With the convenience and expertise that online personal training provides, you can confidently embark on your fitness journey while receiving the guidance and support you need.

I understand that postpartum fitness is not about returning to your pre-pregnancy body, but about fostering strength and confidence in your current body. This program aims to help you achieve various fitness goals, such as strengthening and toning your abdominal muscles and losing pregnancy weight in a healthy and sustainable manner. Additionally, this program is designed to promote better sleep, improve mental health, and reduce pain in areas like the pelvis and back that undergo strain during pregnancy and childbirth. Pre Natal

The prenatal fitness program is designed to support expecting mothers in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle throughout their pregnancy. I understand the rapid transformation that our bodies go through in nine months, and I prioritize the health and well-being of both mothers and their babies.. Throughout the program, I provide guidance, support, and encouragement. My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions and stay active while safeguarding the health of both you and your baby. In order to change your physique, the next step aside from nutrition, is your training. I create a customized training regimen for you to follow based off of what you have available (equipment wise). I offer both home and gym options!
