Notes:

* I do have specific requirements for training applicants. Please fill out the form & I will be in touch with you!

* If you are less than 6-8 weeks post partum, the focus will be heavily on core restoration + nutrition.

*To receive your strength training regimen, you must be cleared by your OB/GYN at your 6 week follow up appointment!

*If you are breastfeeding, I do take that into account when creating your program!
