  • In this 1 hour class, you can expect your deep core to be challenged & strengthed while also learning more about core function + training.

  • Of course! Feel free to join the restore class even if you are not pregnant or have any children. It is still important to have strong core to function throughout our daily routine + training! Never too late to start!
