I’ve been taking creatine for 60 days now
Let me just start by saying…. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?!??! I wish I would’ve started taking creatine consistently sooner. Im being dead serious, y’all. Like this is nuts.
The leg growth I’ve seen in 60 days alone is crazy. 8 weeks. Yes, that along with my lifestyle changes + consistency of training of course but I’m still hitting legs the same amount of times as I was prior to starting 75 Hard.

i was just as shock as you are seeing this picture 🤭 crazy what can happen in just a matter of weeks
Okay okay okay…
Let’s back up for a moment & understand what creatine actually is before you decide if it’s for you (by the way… it is🥰)
I take a form of creatine known as micronized creatine monohydrate
What is creatine?
If you weren’t aware, creatine is actually something our bodies already naturally produce! So if you were to take creatine, you are adding to a product that our body makes - making it readily available to utilize even more efficiently than lets say something that our body doesn’t produce. it’s already found in the meats & proteins that we eat
What does it do?
Helps with performance + endurance by recycling our energy more quickly & efficiently.
Our body uses ATP for quick, explosive movements = when it uses ATP, a phosphate molecule tends to break off which turns in to ADP.
Creatine helps with reattaching the phosphate molecule to ADP back to ATP = our body can reuse as energy again 🫶🏼
There are dozens of forms of creatine like malate, HCL, etc. -
The most researched + one that has been proved most effective in terms of muscle growth, recovery, etc is Micronized creatine monohydrate:
Micronized creatine is milled into a fine powder decreasing molecule size = helps to offset stomach discomfort, mixes faster + stays dissolved in liquid which helps our body utilize it more efficiently :)
Aside from just training, creatine also helps with:
brain health + cognitive function
hormone + metabolism
such as glucose metabolism + insulin sensitivity
helps prevent breakdown of muscles during cutting phases
during higher stress moments, it can better support our hormones
bone + joint health
Does creatine make you bloat?
Creatine monohydrate helps with performance. It’s stored inside the muscle cell, not beneath your skin!
A byproduct of creatine is that it actually drives water into the muscle which is actually an added benefit:
A hydrated muscle is a healthy, well protected muscle
When our muscles are hydrated, they will perform & recoverbetter
In doing so, this helps drive in nutrients to help with the repair and recovery process post training
Creatine is a powerful muscle cell volumizer so this is another reason why it’s recommend to stay as hydrated as possible. Of course this should be regardless of creatine usage or not, but the recommended is 120 oz water/day
How do you take creatine monohydrate?
1 TSP, 5g once per day.
Training days = take it post workout
Rest days = with a meal
So yeah girlies, I will never stop taking this. ❤️🔥
